  1. Damaged Goods 3 Star Review

    The product itself was fine. Unfortunately, 12 of the 50 jewel cases were damaged beyond repair in transit by UPS. Despite above average, double boxing, nothing could have survived the the abuse the outer box incurred. It appeared that the tyne of a fork lift penetrated both boxes. It doesn't matter how many times the package is marked fragile, the end result was going to be the same. As usual the UPS driver hightailed it down the road before I could get to the door to view the carnage. I have learned over time to buy more jewel cases than I really require just so enough get through unscathed.

    Anyone who has ordered cd jewel cases through the mails
    knows how frequently they arrive with the cases as the end of
    the boxes cracked or in pieces.
    The ones I received from you were so well packed that - even during
    the holidays season with all its packages - every case in the group was
    in perfect condition.
