    I received my Slimline cases as expected and on time. The box was in another box surrounded by bubble wrap for even more protection. Unfortunately, when I opened the cases I found several broken. In my opinion, and by the way Buy Media Supply boxed it, these broken ones were broken before arriving at Buy Media Supply. Nevertheless, I contacted the company and reported the breakage. They asked me to go through them and let me know how many were broken. I have not done that yet, but I feel confident that Buy Media Supply will replace, discount or in some other way make good even though the breakage was not their employees fault.
